Recommendation for a game like Chippy or Buster Boy

I'm not sure what this genre of games are called, but of the games I own, I have 2 that fit into this category; Chippy and Buster Boy. Of these two, Chippy has more polish, but Buster Boy has features like health (so that you don't die in 1 hit), as well as different shooting options. I was wondering if anyone could recommend another game similar to these?

Thanks guys...I think I'm going to pass on Happy Face Popper, the review don't look too promising, hehe. I just tried the free version of Arcade iPong, and it's not half bad! What's the "original" game of this type that people would compare all these games to?
