@pavarotti2007 - We're definitely talking a lot about this internally. Pricing is always a tough decision. Whatever we choose, rest assured that you'll get plenty of bang for your buck

@Trysis3 and @Jacob007 - Thanks for your support! So cool to see people answering each other's questions about our game I've got a long response for you guys so I've broken it up below

To clarify about endless mode, we've structured things in a new way so that after you complete a map's objectives, you can either move on or continue playing in endless. So, it's now an option at the end of every single map. Since coins are now linked to score, you can get some ridiculous amounts of money by getting really far in endless mode. It adds a pretty interesting dynamic.

Sudden Death is actually a totally different type of map. We're very excited to hear what people think of it! Essentially, we've opened up a whole side of the map so you battle a never ending wall of fieldrunners (instead of a directed stream). The goal is to kill a certain number of fieldrunners to beat the level on easy, medium, or hard. That said, you battle an endless amount of runners after you reach your goal, so it can be played as an endless map like all the others. Really neat stuff. It has much more of an action feel - you gotta have quick fingers to beat these types of maps!

I'm not sure about exactly how many enemies are on screen since the Sudden Death maps can really pack em in there. There are lots

Let me know if you guys have any other questions! Always happy to elaborate on this stuff

Sudden Death is indeed very epic It does a great job of bringing fast paced, action oriented gameplay to the TD genre, so I hope you like it!

Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot I can say about either of these questions. We should have more info about updates after the iPhone version launches this week (hopefully launching Wednesday). Regarding iCloud, it won't be in the iPhone version at launch, but we've talked about adding it in an update.

As always, feel free to send more questions! I can't say a whole lot about our post iPhone launch plans (a lot of this stuff just hasn't been decided yet), but I'll share as much as there is to share

We'll, Unfortunately for me I'll be passing on fieldrunners 2 if the pricing is going to be high like fieldrunners 1. I can purchase several great apps for that kind of money and they'll probable be universal.

I kind of feel the same. I'd pay £1.99 for the iphone and £2.99 for the iPad but if the the iPad version is going to be £5.49 like the original one then I will be passing. There is far too much competition and quality out there. £5.49 is far too expensive for a TD game regardless of how good it is. Fingers crossed for sensible decent pricing.

Good question! The iPhone version of the original Fieldrunners was made by only 3 people. For Fieldrunners 2, we've bulked up the team to a little over 20 people, which has helped us turn the sequel into a huge game overflowing with awesome content

Pricing is always a tough thing to talk about. Everyone has a right to their own opinions That said, I still hope you take the time to check out Fieldrunners 2. It's always been important for us to make sure that the game has more value than whatever we end up pricing it at, so people have a great experience with the game. As a result, we've loaded it with tons of revolutionary mechanics (there's really nothing else out there like it), a ridiculous quantity of maps, and an awesome amount of imaginative weapons. As an avid iOS gamer myself, I can honestly say that it packs the the content/gameplay of five games into a single package (completing the campaign takes much longer than you'd spend beating most $10 games on XBLA/PSN). Now, maybe there are some people that don't want a super deep, highly polished game like ours. That's fine - there are other games out there that they can play. But we wanted to make Fieldrunners 2 one of the richest, most exciting experiences available in an iOS game, so that's what we did. While we still haven't made a firm decision on pricing, whatever we choose, you will definitely get your money's worth

Haven't made a final decision on pricing yet, but we'll let you know as soon as we do.
