Thank you SO MUCH! I always try to get the 25% bonus, but I never knew what the weight meant. I knew that when I had to stop on a trip twice that it deducted $, but I never knew upgrading range would prevent some of that happening. Thanks again!

Oh, well I guess they just use city data and not metro data.

Hahaha. I was going to reply with the same. My friend makes mid-6 figures in GIS.

I operate most of my flights on the bleeding edge of the plane's range. I can fly direct with most of my planes from Tokyo to Singapore, and that is a BANK flight with a bonus.

I generally prioritize speed upgrades last, because.. Well, I have a job. It's pretty ok with me for planes to take a little longer to their destinations. Heh.

Default next moves

I'm level 12, and going coast to coast from NY to LA with blue cities in between

Have 80 bux and 100K saved up with 3 open cities.

Not sure if i should expand south into Mexico or Build up 3 airports in Europe and then connect with transatlatic flights....

Any advice?

I'm almost level 14 (13.5) and I've been saving bux so I will soon replace most of my class 1s with pearjets and then buy a few more class 3 airports.

Pearjets can do nonstop New York to London, right?
Thanks! But what about your airplanes?

I'm in a similar boat in Asia right now. I have lots of bux and money, but am really liking the efficiency of the small number of airports...

I think I'm just going to keep saving up until Pearjets at 14, and then expand like mad.

I would just expect you'd get a degree in something like symbolic systems or communication or CS...then study a geography book some afternoon.

But anyway, not to derail things...back to the faux flyin'...
