I never got the achievement for making 250 flights; I have no intention of resetting them! :P I know I've got them, and I have no actual friends on Gamecenter so I'm happy enough with my own internal tracking.

It's constant, although because of the higher amount of jobs in Class 3 Airports, your odds are slightly higher. Regardless, there is a 1/100 chance that jobs heading to the city will turn into a part.

I'd guess Cape Town or Port Elizabeth, but I also get a feeling it could be way north like middle-of-nowhere Canada or Greenland... But I'll stick with South Africa.
