- virtual joy for iPhone/iPod 4;
- floating virtual joy;
- fixes and optimizations.

This is a quick update so don't worry - the updates with missions and the 3rd city are on track .

I hope so. I can say the game is very enjoyable and is pretty well executed, but the progression is a bit too slow. Im still only at Lv5 and it is a very difficult grind just to get there.

Just to let you know what you can expect from the 1.1 update that should be out very soon (complete list):

- better graphics (a lot of changes in Miami, especially on the iPhone 4s, the iPad 2 and the new iPad);
- virtual joy on the iPod and iPhone 4;
- floating joy;
- fixes and optimizations;
- you will now get more XP in Miami (30XP for each completed wave instead of 25 and 2XP for 1 second of play instead of 1XP) - it should be much easier to level up!

As you can see it is a quick update that introduces many things you asked for in this thread, so if you have other requests, keep them coming. The second update, as you know it, will be even more interesting as it will bring a lot of new content and mini missions, but there's a lot more stuff coming soon so stay tuned!

Couple of questions:

1. Is there an option for virtual stick on 3GS? If so, I can't find it.

2. Is there a way to improve the framerate on 3GS? I always close all other apps when playing a game, but the framerate is still very choppy.

The virtual stick requires additional processing power - this is why we did not include it for the 3GS.

We sent an updated version to Apple that brings the virtual joy to the iPod and iPhone 4 and it should be out soon. The next update will bring new content (missions) and quite possibly also the virtual joystick to the 3GS. As for the framerate - make sure to download the version 1.1 that will appear in the App Store in a few days - we made some optimizations so the game should run better on your device.
