iOS 6 designs on iOS 5?

Does anyone know if there's a way to get the iOS 6 design updates (The Color updates in AppStore, Music, Etc.) On iOS 5? Anyone working on a theme or something that could allow this? I don't use themes since I really like the look of iOS, but this new update just makes it look 10 times better.

Distributing a theme that is exactly like iOS 6 would be distributing copyrighted files, which is illegal.
