Ferris Mueller's Day Off - A new adventure game from the creators of Forever Lost

We are SUPER excited to announce our new adventure / point'n'click / touch'n'tap ( delete as appropriate ) game.

We were so overwhelmed by the response to our dark, foreboding and creepy Forever Lost series that we decided to do a complete 180 and make a more upbeat, colourful and off-the-walls bizarre adventure game. So without much further ado may we please introduce to you...

Ferris Mueller's Day Off

More info will be released very soon but for now here are some screenshots for your viewing pleasure.

Inside the town store. Don't worry though, there are no IAPs in here!

Stealing stuff is wrong and you'll go to jail, don't do it kids!

Down the local watering hole.

Fancy a drink?

We can now do in-game conversations, think of the possibilities!

Plenty of new puzzles!

Can I get some info about the game's length? Difficulty? The reason I loved Forever Lost was the appropriate duration and the clever puzzles.

Regarding length it's hard to tell until we have more people ( testers etc ) play the game that don't know the solutions to all the puzzles like we do. We're hoping that it'll be at least as long as Episode 1 but it won't be as long as Episode 2 as we're going for a lower price point with this game. Again though what takes one player 3 hours might take another just 1 and vice versa so it's really hard to judge.

As for the puzzles, hopefully if you liked the forever lost style of puzzles then you'll like these as we've tried to create them with a similar level of variety and creativity. I guess only time will tell though

Oops sorry, didn't get a notification of your reply. It's a pretty bizarre game and we've certainly filled it with our humour, whether that results in it being hilarious will be you guys

The development is progressing really nicely and we're getting much closer to submission, won't be too much longer now

The estimated date was originally 'November' whereas now it's changed to 'Soon'. Hopefully we'll have a solid date within the next few weeks.

We want to get it out as soon as possible but we really don't want to rush it and as there's only 2 of us at Glitch things take time.

It's a first person point'n'click adventure much like our previous Forever Lost games. Think gameplay of Myst but randomness of Monkey Island.
