That I can really understand... Maybe you need some more promotion...

However, if you are coming in cold like myself, I wouldn't recommend this game unless you're fine with searching online, finding a rulebook at a bookstore or at your local library to learn how to play the game. Anyway, Google here I come...
Hmm, strange... There seems to be a bug in the last update. Before it when you have chosen "How to play" you could tap on a "?" Symbol in the lower left corner to get advice what to do while you play.

Is there something I'm missing about the "How to Play" option? I pick that, and it just seems to start a game with the AI, no instructions or anything. I will probably look up the rules online in the meantime, but it doesn't seem like "How to Play" is working as intended.

But this is a really slick app otherwise.

I had never heard of the card game Durak before and picked up this game solely on the strength of the vibrant art style and sleek design. I am happy to convey that after spending some time with it, I am now a big fan of both the card game and the developer of this app. The how-to section didn't convey the rules very well - nothing that a few minutes at Wikipedia couldn't fix - but everything about this game otherwise is simply perfect including the art, interface, music and sound fx. It plays engagingly as a solitaire game against the AI and I am looking forward to testing out the multiplayer. In the meantime, however, I can state enthusiastically that this game has gained a permanent slot on my phone which is one of the highest recommendations that I can give. Well done!

I have tried out the multiplayer after becoming comfortable with the basic gameplay against the AI. I was able to find and play with people each time I tried, including a few rounds with the developer who was very pleasant and with whom I chatted very briefly. The gameplay was very fast and immediate over my wifi connection with no apparent lag as was the chat feature. It is difficult to refrain from giving this game too much praise - the quality and polish are simply that good. Thanks again!

Default Game Impressions

@Kirill
Neat game but I have to admit I'm a little disappointed the stats aren't tracked in single player games where I will probably do the majority of my playing.

Knowing how unpredictable etiquette is in multiplayer I'd probably play more single player against AI
Can someone convince me to get this game?
It looks quite good

I have to retract my previous comment about the rules. A succinct and perfectly adequate description of them is given via the help screen accessible by pressing the question mark on the bottom left in the How-to section. Also the description of the super cards in Super Durak mode is accessible by doing the same in game. I now have no criticisms of this game.
