The $100 IAP scares the hell out of me, otherwise it looks like it could be good. Just the IAP levels are enough to put me off.

Modern Conflict 1 is probably my favorite strategy game on iPad, and I would easily pay 10$ to get the second one, but the in-apps with this kind of scared me away as well (because at first glance they seemed mandatory, and a little disruptive to the experience). But maybe I'll give it a go anyway
