The upgraded M4 is more accurate. The AK-47 has a stronger punch.

Depends on your preference. Personally, I'd say go M4

The m4 is better but I would suggest saving up the saw launcher.if not get the Spas-12 and max it out (maxed out its better than the AK & M4)

I'm late in picking this up, but I love it.

Note developer, when your primary weapon runs out of ammo it should automatically switch to your secondary weapon and continue to fire. Playing on ipad it's a far reach to switch to secondary weapon while being chased by zombies.

And does multiplayer not work? I played 1 game of deathmatch and that's it. It never finds a game

Default Left2Die turns into Free2Die

Left2Die, will be changing into Free 2 Die, a Free-To-Play variant on the original. Players who purchased the original version will be rewarded with a large sum of in-game currency and gifted with unique weaponry after updating to the latest version.

Left2Die is transforming to Free 2 Die for 2 primary reasons:

1. Everplay seeks to distance itself from Valves Left4Dead, where Left2Die is an obvious spoof of the name which reduces the credibility of it being a true standalone product.

2. The game focuses on the multiplayer functionality, which is greatly limited when there is a smaller pool of players. To connect players with matches quickly, Free 2 Die will need a large amount of players at any given time.

We understand that players who purchased the game will be angered and frustrated by this, but it was a necessary shift. We were going to simply create a new version, but the problem is that there is only a couple dozen players of the game and the emphasis is on the multiplayer, which virtually no player gets. We wanted to increase the number of players to make the multiplayer much more interesting. We feel that this was the best solution since it rewards the original players with a large sum of money.

You can see from the image that sales were less than spectacular for Left2Die, but we want to be able to keep cool stuff coming to it.

What's new in Version 1.1

Left2Die has officially become Free2Die.
Free2Die is a transformation of Left2Die into the new free2play format.
Well, it looks like Everplay is my latest developer to avoid buying games from...

I'm the reverse. I bought the game and don't mind one bit it's turning into freemium. I dont like freemium don't get me wrong but you can't blame the dev

if tons of people bought this game at launch this wouldn't then have to turn to freemium. Blame the cheapskates who sit there waiting for a game to be free. See it in Lots of threads 'like the game, but don't want so spend 99c (?????) and I'll wait for it to be free

I buy games on launch so the devs make more money and I hope make more iOS games.
