Loves Phineas and Ferb
Loves Where's My Water
Game looks great (well, it's Where's My Water)

But I don't see the connection... true Perry is semi-aquatic, but still it does not play a part in the series. Angry Birds Rio made some sense, Fruit Ninja and Puss was stretching it but this one and Brave + Temple Run is a bit of a 'ah?'.

I'm sure the game is great and lots of fun, BTW - just a general comment on marketing and riding on the success of mobile apps.

Yeah. This was a cash tie in. Give it a week or two and we'll see this for free or at starbucks.

I've been looking forward to this game. I'll probably get it. I'm thinking this has a real good chance to get Editor's Choice from Apple this week. Since they know "Where's My Water?" was successful, and that it's Disney, it might overpower everything else. lol

Edit: Out in the US now.

Still undecided with this one. Are there any major differences between this and the original WMW gameplay-wise? I only notice a cosmetic change in JeNel's video.

Playing the 5 demo levels in WMW I can say this: the only real difference is that the gnomes can react to steam as well as water depending on which state of H2O perry wants on the level (determined by whether his pipe is on the roof or floor). There are lasers of both hot and cold varieties that boil and freeze whatever mass of water touches them (each drop of water doesn't seem to be independent like it was in WMW) respectively. The "feel" and atmosphere of the game weren't as good as WMW imo, but I will probably dish out the cash for it since it is just a spin off and I can never get enough of WMW.

It's exactly "Where is my Water" just with an other look. It's not a bad game, but there isn't anything new.

I'm never too old for Disney, but ever since they put 'Cranky's Story' as IAP in WMW, I've been a little reluctant.
This game has the same mechanics and feel as WMW with some new mechanics to make it much better, but I'd rather have WMW.
Get this if you don't have it, Disney does things right and I'm sure there will be updates in the near future.
As said, there's nothing bad about the game. It's fantastic, actually, WMW and WMP are both about the same level of fun, WMP just seems a bit...off.
