Totally agree with this. The breaking/boost mechanic is completely different than in most racers, but it's also what makes it so refreshing. You really do have to use strategy...even getting power-ups. And not just pump the boost whenever you want.

Great game. My only wish is for weapons...then it'd be my perfect Wipeout fix (with the aformentioned control differences).

I've been too sidetracked by other games to play this more, but the jump in difficulty from Easy to Normal races seems huge. I've only won one of the first three head-to-head races and am getting frustrated. Keep messing with the sensitivity to see if I can do any better, but it's hard to not hit the walls (and slow down as a result).

Any suggestions?

Honestly, I think it would have been nice if the first "normal" races were not one-on-one. At least you can gain some points coming in second place in races with more competition. With these, it's all or nothing.

No, unfortunately just one of the shenanigans certain devs employ. Expect this to be 99c (or less) shortly.

Yeah tbh if you didn't buy it at 2.99 I doubt a 1 dollar price drop will convince you

Bizarre that after all this time, they just (oh yeah, for those who didn't know...there's an update) improved the tilt controls. You'd think any form of touch control would be implemented. :/
