Not really, this has become a pretty saturated "micro-genre". I think Square Enix might have come out with the first of its type, but basically you just rush troops from your castles to the enemies', while reinforcing the castles that you capture. A bit too frenetic for me, but I'm the type who, for the most part, can't stand tower defense games. Or most RTS games. I curse the day Command and Conquer came out...

The game is a little rough. I can't really recommend it to anyone as is. Each castle has 2 numbers, a unit attack value and a defense value. I can't quite figure out what the defense value does really... If an enemy troop attacks your castle, it is taken out of your defense value first, and then your attack value. Every so often, you accrue gold based off the number of castles you control. You can then use that gold to recruit attackers (10 gold for +10 to attack value) or recruit defenders (5 gold for +1 to defense value).

You attack enemy castles by dragging from your desired castle to an enemy stronghold and half the attack value gets sent to attack (similar to other games in the genre).

I really just don't understand why there is a defense value. I can't really tell how it's any different than an attacker... This really needs some sort of tutorial in order to be enjoyed. There really isn't much text in the game but what little there is is butchered english. Laughable engrish like "You are win." Try it for free if you're bored, but you'll almost certainly regret paying for it.
