Hi, can anybody tell me how I open the tech boxes in the vans? I have 3 lockpicks MKI and 1 MKII but whenever I find a box in the back of a van the icon to open doesn't appear. It worked with a box in a barrack on the military base, but since then I wasn't able to open one. Is there a upgrade I have to buy or am I missing something?

I sometimes come across tech boxes that don't have the icon. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if it is meant to happen. Just look around for other vans/boxes - most of them open fine.

I'm guessing either a Thanksgiving Black Friday sale or a Christmas sale for us to see a 99c sale for this.
