this doesnt look to bad. the chacter looks more realistic and has more animation movement. but there doesnt look like there is any inovation just grinding and grinding, nothing new.

The player looks disproportionately chunky and slow; other than tacking on a Zenonia 5 logo on the end I never would have guessed.

They will because they can make more money by zen.
We need some good developers to replace them, why japanese developers became no productive any more? To be honest, look at Square Enix, I think they are lazy.
In the arcade age, they make most of games.
Now Korean is efficient but their games always remind me of their free to play MMORPG.
