I've never seen a case where anyone had a virus on their iPod. On Macs, rarely. But an iDevice...basically never. And there's always DFU restore if everything gets messed up.
You'd have to be trying really really hard, and actively looking for trouble to actually get a virus. And you'd probably have to get someone to program one for you too haha.

That doesn't mean it's malicious or anything. Probably just an incompatibility since those sites take longer to update to the newest version. Other tweaks (FolderEnhancer comes to mind) have some aggressive anti-piracy which causes crashes. The easy solution is just to uninstall and buy it if you like it....most things have a trial period anyway.
