Wow. Set the paddle speed to 2 on iPhone 4/S or iPod touch and the experience is 1000x better. Now if you can swap the a and b buttons to the left the controls would be perfect. No need for such an uproar.

A few things

-Sounds get disabled if you receive a call while playing.

-Occasionally your ball decides to exit the map through barriers (planters, walls, etc) which kills you pretty easily since you won't expect it, or if it decides to just leave the top of the screen

-Sometimes the slider just isn't responsive.

It just feels frustrating that I keep dying for no reason.

Ok, I wrote an email with my problems to Tribute Games and they quickly sent me a Steam code for the PC version of Wizorb! So thank you for that!

Just wanted to point this out, the developer is really doing his best to solve all the issues and was very quick with answering to my mail.

I hope all the best for the iOS version of the game, because it really deserves it.

I'm just as bummed as you about it not being available on the Vita shop. It's kinda in Sony's court, unfortunately.
I don't have a PS3.

I discovered that paddle speed option several days ago and that definitely helps, but what's really going to help is the new options to move (to the other side) and resize the buttons. Yeah! I can't wait for the update. Aside from the apparently designed for left-handers layout (and small buttons), I think this is a great port.

Default Game Impressions

I couldn't resist any longer. I grabbed this game despite the feedback I've read but I've had a good time with it so far. Changing the settings in the settings menu is super difficult though with those tiny unresponsive arrows. I've gotten pretty solid with my left hand guiding the paddle after switching to easy mode so once the boundary problem is fixed this looks to be a good game.

I wouldn't mind if you could save mid-world though.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the delay. The update is now in review. Had a bit of last minute trouble with some of the fixes we made.

Added a d-pad to the village and some menus.
Added a screen to scale, change the opacity and move the buttons. (here's a screen shot of what it looks like)
It's now possible to move up or down the game screen.
And we also improved the performance a bit.

Been on the fence about this game, then forgot about it due to the high volume of great releases recently. It has good reviews on many sites, but I do trust the TouchArcade Forum community and its concerns about controls.

Will wait for some impressions about the update. Good to see that the Devs are committed to bettering their product.
