I could not submit my review, but there are my thoughts:

Ultraweather is well designed weather app, which uses Instagram photos as the background images for its forecasts. This means there are dozens of different, beautiful images depicting the weather that is currently in your location. The simple interface makes it very easy to use and quite entertaining to use even if you just want to see beautiful photos. 4/5

This is pretty cool weather app. Great simple design. One of the cool feature that you can use your Instagram photos as the background. Beautiful app! Definitely recommend it.
