Zwilnik's comments:
Just submitted to Apple, so should be up on the App Store soon.

Quite a few requested things added, including a new Quest mode, unlockable eXtreme modes, a new unlockable location, 3 new fish and a new 'named' fish, option for longer tournaments (and a tournament doesn't end until a fish you have on the line is landed or lost), unlockable powerups and a slightly less mean CPU player

What's New in Version 1.5.3
Multitasking and Retina display update!

Several boat captains have spotted a giant Sail Fish out in the Blue Deeps. Any angler landing such a fish would be a true fisherman!

Also squashed some pesky bugs, reduced the size of the application and fixed a problem with the In App Purchase prices not matching the content.

Just a suggestion....

It'd be kinda cool if we had a boat to drive around in the first person view with accelerometer controls. I remember having this featue back for bass fishing on the nintendo 64(good times) and it was tons of fun, maybe even have the little camera that goes under the boat so when your driving around you click it and you see whats going on underneath you. Would be alot of fun =D, say you want to go from the old lake to the deep stormy sees, you would have to drive from calm lake into a raging thunderstorm with huge waves and your boat flying everywhere.

Oh and by the way, great game you got going here!

I'm working on the first Flick Bowling update now.

It's just going to be behind the scenes stuff, memory management and some hooks we need in place.

It's to stop the "crashing" (which isn't crashing at all, but the iPhone running out of RAM and the OS terminating the app).

Then the bigger update will be out a little later.

Great. This is probably the update that i've been waiting for. Been dying for an easier way to catch the monster fish.

This is a really good app. but please don't make it too complex. The setup right now is really good.

Can you hint to us what kind of future Flick Sports titles you all are working on?

yeah, I didn't want to mess up the accessibility with the new features, so they're all optional and extra. However, doing the quest will ultimately help you catch the named fish

Our full line of Flick Sports titles is underway.

We've had great success with Flick Bowling and Flick Fishing (both which are getting a hefty update of the features fans have been asking for).

And our new Flick Sports titles are underway. I can't say much, but they are looking nice. They should be announced soon.

Sweet, I cant wait for this update. I think I ended up playing this game for like 3 hours yesterday, much of which was spent trying to get the first named fish in the pond, but no luck Hopefully the changes will help change my luck around.
