Help me name these two games, what are they?

Two games I saw info about awhile back, what are they?
First was a sidescrolling tower defence type game, with shooting arrows, and the critters would go left to right and left zig-zagging up the screen, i think with a medieval theme? What game is that?

Also, I remember an isometric puzzle game that the dev showed some videos of, looked really good, not out for awhile he said but this was awhile ago. I know this is vague, but I honestly can't remember what it was. There was a ball/critter i think, and you had to collect all the somethings but other things moved at the same time, and it was 3D in that you could rotate it to view from another angle i think? Would love to know what this is.

No. *sigh* i dunno.

The first isn't overhead like TD games, it's like a side view of it, like a platformer.. with little men that stand in the way and shoot arrows over to the attackers...
