App description: The award-winning debut adventure game from the creators of The Whispered World and Deponia now on the iPad. Accompany young Edna and her talking stuffed bunny Harvey on a whacky attempt to escape from her padded cell. Experience a bizarre journey all across the insane asylum and far beyond its brick walls.

At the beginning, young Edna wakes up in the padded cell of an insane asylum with no memory of her past. She doesnt have the slightest idea how she wound up there, but one thing is for sure, she wants out! After all, she feels perfectly sane and her talking stuffed bunny Harvey agrees completely. Together, they attempt an escape and, in doing so, meet their extremely bizarre fellow patients from the man in the bee costume to the pseudo-Siamese twins Hoti and Moti. But Dr. Marcel, head of the asylum, will stop at nothing to keep Edna from escaping. What does he have planned for her? And why was her memory erased? Gradually, Edna regains her memory of the time before her detention in her cell

It's an amazing and perfect port. Played the pc game a few years ago. Its an oldschool point and click adventure with a modern interface. the humor is really twisted and funny. i hope there is a deponia port from daedelic on the way.

I really want to try this but I could never even dream of clearing that much space :/
any chance of a reduced filesize in the future? I doubt it, but it's worth an ask.
Is it available on Mac? The game really intrigues me, I'd consider playing on my Mac but it'd be the first game I've ever played on it because I dont even have a mouse -.- I use my iPad for everything.

Don't see Edna & Harvey for Mac anywhere. Deponia just came out for Mac on Steam, bought it last night.

Loved the game on PC and just finished it on the iPad with my girlfriend. This is a wonderful port of the original game and I really hope they make enough money to port their other adventures as well.

P.S.: This is NOT a kids game!

Note:

There isn`t really much that I can say about it except:

If you love Adventures this is a Must-Buy!

Besides that I really, really hope that Daedalic will publish their newer Adventures too. Specially the Fantasy Once are so great that I would love them to buy a second Time just to see on the Mobil iDevices.

I did know that the iOS Community seems to prefer dumb, boring & cheap Games without even one piece of Story but it`s killing me that almost the hole Media is simple don`t giving a shit about the Game or overall more or less about the hole Genre even when an classy Publisher/Developer like Daedalic give us some a nice Port and hopefully more!

Instead promoting and encouraging Publisher/Developer to keep the Genre alive we are currently seeing more or less a "If you want to see it on the Front Page you have to pay for it" Movement of some of the bigger Media out there.

Note I:

Not talking about TouchArcade since Eli would probably pretty much close the Door if that`s how the Business would run here.

Note II:

Chuck check your YouTube Signature Link - It`s not working!

I really liked the Whispered World and A New Beginning! Will grab this one as soon as I figure out what apps to remove on my iPad to make space =/ I am glad the German voice overs are included.

A little off topic..but has anyone here played Deponia? How is it?

Is it just me that the game takes forever to install? I am aware of the game's large size, but it is now nearly an hour since it "finished" downloading from the app store, and the icon still says installing. Huh?

I have this adventure game, and it is absolutely marvelous: fun, challenging, and hilarious. Grab the game at this incredibly low price (I paid full price and do not regret it), and you'll be thrilled you started the new year off with a bang - a real winner.
