Free-roaming is not the same as open-world. Previous "Contract Killers" were stationary sniper shooters.

Not a fan of Glu games and I don't see how ragdoll physics increase the fun at all, but this definitely looks enticing. But then, most Glu games do. Just beware of the inevitable pay wall.

Ok I get it. It's not linear movement whereas Infinity Blade 2 isn't "free roaming".

I just stumbled upon it in the App Store. It's $6.99, which is promising, but it's by Glu, which, well, you know...

I'm pathetically hoping it's a complete game without IAPs... anyone care to put me out of my misery?

aw... been waiting for this to go live. I guess i can toftt to see if glu has "changed" since this now looks premium based on its price. Sigh... crossing fingers.

What? Death dome was utter crap when it comes to the IAP model and they turned it to premium pricing?

Since they changed that, im a little scared about CKZ2, but i cant turn back now. Used my last $7.08 off my US account to buy the game and downloading now.

Wait, it went up from free?
I got it last week in the uk store for free and now its premium?
That is weird.
It is reasonably good but I haven't spent enough time with it to judge the iap or later levels.
It has entertainment value and an interesting firing system where once zombie is in your crosshairs the gun auto fires. This auto fire can be turned off.
It does look good.
It does have a very Glu feel to it and the free roam is a major plus from the static positioning of the previous one.
I wouldn't quite say its top notch but I definitely wouldn't say that its bad either.
And a better direction for Glu to head in.
Overall initial impressions (and I mean initial) are reasonably good. It seems to be lacking something I can't quite put my finger on but it certainly has entertainment value.
Plus I can't comment on iap at all yet as I haven't got far enough but I haven't felt a need to get any either.

Edit. The review thought it was freemium as well so that might serve as a warning. But again I've had no need for iap yet.
