That is weird.
It is reasonably good but I haven't spent enough time with it to judge the iap or later levels.
It has entertainment value and an interesting firing system where once zombie is in your crosshairs the gun auto fires.
It does look good.
It does have a very Glu feel to it and the free roam is a major plus from the static positioning of the previous one.
I wouldn't quite say its top notch but I definitely wouldn't say that its bad either.
And a better direction for Glu to head in.
Overall initial impressions (and I mean initial) are reasonably good. It seems to be lacking something I can't quite put my finger on but it certainly has entertainment value.
Plus I can't comment on iap at all yet as I haven't got far enough but I haven't felt a need to get any either.

Here's a link to a review that will give a better impression than I have.

Well that's weird, the review calls it FTP?

Thanks for the link, Rip!

Edit: Ack! It's dueling edits! You noted it was listed as FTP as I was writing it!

12 more minutes til my download finishes. Imps after a few games. Im going to try and figure out the IAP, so i might need more time playing to see that..

Initial impressions...

WOW. This game is fantastic. I wont say much about IAP yet, as I want to play more of it before commenting on the IAP model. One thing i want to mention though, is that every mission cleared gave me 2 gold, which is the secondary currency. So far, so good...

Glu really knows how to make a game. If the IAP model isnt too intrusive, this might be their best release yet.

I hope this keeps up. More imps later, especially on the IAP part.

As for gameplay, think Dead Trigger with larger areas, and a Shadowgun view, with limbs flying everywhere. Although i have to add, this may have more meat than Dead Trigger.

You know that knot you (hopefully) get in your stomach when a TA member TOFTT and it turns out bad?

If E-P somehow managed to pay $7.00 for this game inside a free/paid/free window lasting what sounds like minutes, I'm going to be seriously bummed...

Does Apple give refunds in situations this unique and, well, sucky?

Go to i-Tunes / Account / Purchase History and there is a ''report a problem'' button. Send them an e-mail that explains the whole situation...

I know... but from my last experience with the 50.000 coins bug from Endless Road, Apple give refunds quite easy and the customers support works really good... Hope it goes well for you too because 7 bucks are a lot for a freemium game.
