The more I play the more I love it, this game is a great challenge, level after level, with a great presentation and Im even making music (sort of). Pick it up now thats on sale, its an amazing and fresh TD game, recommended

And I thought that the first "defend your hotel only with money rooms" was tough, now, stuck at the one at the forest... Before the crab.. Each stage is wonderful

I'm amazed how well some are doing at this. I can't recall I was this stuck this badly in a game.
Love the difficulty, but maybe adding difficulty options to keep as it is and an easier mode. 2-4 advice still waiting on lol but will keep at it. |

My advice is to build medical and money rooms underground, where no one can hit them and let the baddies deal with my weapons, as long as my money source is unreachable and stable, I can replentish my guns easy. Im thinking of this one as my game of the week, Im addicted

I'd just like to say that it is totally exciting for us to see you guys discussing strategy.
Otherwise - designing difficulty is hard! On the one hand, we want to make something challenging enough so it's rewarding to get through, and gives you plenty of play time (and encourages discussions like the ones happening on this forum). But of course, we don't want to make people angry at the game either! It's a tricky one that we're obviously going to have to take into account. Making a difficulty option is an interesting idea, though it's hard for us to work out what it would be. One potential way is to multiply the money you start with, or your income stream in general, but that doesn't necessarily make it easier to complete a level - though it does let you build faster (which is pretty fun). We toyed around with a cheat mode as well, which would give you unlimited money...hmmmmmm.... |

Beat it! Building a 2nd mine gun was the key. Also building the medic underground worked well. Didn't think it woould be as effective.

Is being able to build underground a design flaw or something you're supposed to be able to do? I guess this is mostly a questions for the devs...
