I'm having a great time with "Mega Run" at the moment. It's a one-touch jumper that gives a great felling of old-school platformers like Sonic. It doesn't have the unique mechanics of your game though.

It's in review now, and yes, the trailer was unlisted for a reason -- we're waiting for the app to get approved

Run, Roo, Run

Each level is a single screen and takes two seconds, but that's the point.
It's fun.

Mirrors edge only required one finger, and allowed control of the character in all directions. It used swipe mechanics rather than tap

The only one-touch runners i consider to be platformers as well are Zombie Parkour Runner and Gravity Guy, but those arent close to RBots in terms of the platformer part.

RBots looks good and it is very interesting indeed.

EDIT: I looked for RBots on the appstore but it isnt out yet? Also i noticed on the video that the video itself was not out to the public yet, but it says on the video "now on the appstore". Also, since we're touching different magnets, im not sure if that still counts as one-touch. I thought one-touch was used to mean touch-anywhere.
And Rbots is now out in the appstore

Gravonaut. One of the hardest one-touch platform/runner/gravity games I've ever played. The single touch switches gravity, so maybe this isn't the kind of game you're looking for as it's not precisely a platform game.

[edit] And, of course, now that I check it and don't rely just on my memory, it isn't a one-touch game. Sorry.
