the maker or this game is either stupid or pretending to be, and pretending to be stupid to justify such a rip off makes him stupid.

Yeah, the developer is probably pretending to be stupid or naive about the situation, but the real interesting question is if he is making any money, because it is a pretty good game, not one of those cheap ripoffs.
