Damn this is fun. My friend had zookeeper on his DS (random memory).
The iAP is damn expensive though. If there was something more reasonable ($1 for 1 refill seems too much).

Playing against others is fun.

Default Game Impressions

i would really love for this game to have a single IAP or a premium version to permanently get rid of the power meter. I hate waiting on things like this.

It is really fun, but I've used up all of the potions you start with already on a 30 win streak. Really fun match 3 marred by an obnoxious money drain system. The dev should look at how IAP works in games like Jetpack Joyride, Dream PetHouse, and Super Quickhook. Incentivize things that actually make the player feel like they are getting something out of it. Don't make the basic gameplay itself cost money. That's just stupid.

I'm currently #18, haha. I want to be able to defend my position without having to worry about someone with lots of money taking it over.

Also, the GC leaderboard that this game has makes NO SENSE. It counts total number of wins, not rank...so basically if you buy lots of potions you will get to the top eventually just by being able to play more than everyone else (as is very obvious right now, since the person at the top has 120 wins on the first day of release, while the lowest after that is around 60.)

Alright... So what am I missing with this game. Every match I've had I'm close to winning but then the opponent gets some sort of healing thing that brings them back up to full strength and all my hard work goes away.

Is it getting a heart on the board? And it that's the case, how do I get those? I've gotten the binoculars a lot, but that's the only thing I get. Am I supposed to take a potion or something? Is it something I have to buy?

I'd like to really get behind the game, but I'm not sure why every opponent is getting extra health and I'm not.

I'm sure it's something simple.

It's an item like the binoculars that occasionally drops on the board. There's also a mud bucket and the boss icon, which make it harder for your opponent to do things next round.

I'm not entirely sure if anything causes them to drop or if it's random. Either way though, matching more & faster presumably would give you more chances to drop one.

Thanks... I guess I just get bit by the luck of the draw. I get over 100 attack points often, but have never had a heart, mud or boss icon.

Oh well..

Maybe it just took griping about it on the boards... I finally got a heart in a match... and that seems to make a lot of difference.

My only other suggestion is to match the "lucky" items. No idea if that makes items drop more often or not, but couldn't hurt anyway!

You could just be unlucky. Sometimes I won't get anything, sometimes I will.

Addictive but this freemium nonsense ruins it

Woah wait a minute - cp doesn't even fully recharge over time? As in after this "launch period" you can only play twice every 30 mins??

Really? Wow some iOS devs are just a holes

In the tutorial it says that the "lucky" icons will give you both attack and defense when you match them that round.

Yeah I really hate it too. That's why I stopped playing.
