A lot of their games are like that even Chaos Rings for iPad has a smaller size than the iPhone version, I think they never made a universal game before but I agree that's ridiculous

And I appreciate the warning, but I bought The Walking Dead on iTouch too and was happy enough that it could run it at all, knowing how underpowered the unit is. I can afford to take the odd risk on games now and then especially when it's to reward Square Enix for being good, not being crazy (Final Fantasy Dimensions, oh God).

EDIT: Of course if someone else gets to it first and confirms it flat out will not run on the older devices then that's fair enough. I'd like to reward Squenix, in a small way, but not literally just throw money at them for nothing in return.

I'll buy the game when its available on US store and will try it on the iPod touch 4th gen I got will let you know after that

2.3gb uncompressed 0 o !! , if this is true that's a no no for me I only got 1.5gb of space left and there isn't anything I want to delete

Can't wait to see a video of the iPad version. I doubt it supports the retina display on the new iPad, but I'm still excited to see what it looks like. Can't wait for this to hit the App Store tonight!

2.3 gig seems awfully high for a 559 MB or whatever download. I could see that being the size of both iPhone and iPad edition combined, but we'll have to wait and see.

I was asking for it! I've wanted an iOS port since the first time I used an iPad.
