So, I have $160 extra that I can use wherever I want. There's this Mosin Nagant rifle I have my eye on that's $119. Should I go for it, or wait and get a newer rifle? It's going to be used for target shooting at my local range.

If you don't need something this second and can possibly bear the wait, it's worth it buddy. If a new gun comes out after you've just picked up this one you'll probably regret it. I know ynprobably don't want to hear this, but wait a few months and see what comes out within your price range. There might be a sale or a significantly better gun available. The wise consumer almost always waits
