People said the same exact thing about the iPhone 4 when it leaked- 'Apple would never make anything that looked like THAT!' and then they ate it right up when Apple revealed the iPhone 4 and it looked exactly the same as the leaked prototype, and said it was the best design ever...

Also, the housing has already been leaked, and it looks exactly like the picture in the first post... It's like I said before- it isn't like there is only one of these leaked phones/parts made by one person/group of people.

Yeah I know since pretty much the confirmed new screen resolution is 1136 X 640 which suggests a taller screen not wider, I really hoped that apple would make the new phone a bit wider than the 4/4S

Yeah if the new phone looks like the leaked housing I might skip this one and keep my 4S or join the dark side and get an SIII, I just want them to change the design you know like the shift from 3G/3GS to iPhone 4 and I loved the design by the way but come on even Samsung changes the freakin design every year

It's rumored but few leaks have come out and nothing has been confirmed. It seems like they will though. I don't know if I'd sell it just yet... Does it work fine, or will it need to be replaced anyways? I actually recently sold my iPod touch 4th gen because the battery was starting to go bad (and I'm probably getting the new iPhone).

It's a good thing they still have the same look as the 4/4S. I was worried they're going back to the ugly design of 3/3GS. Not happy about the cords not compatible with any other devices though.
