Hmm they are the evolved form of current monsters or new ones? I really like the snake one. I kinda have an idea for the snake's ability though. Venom Spitter - When a monster fighting against it swaps out, it gets heavily poisoned for 3 turns. I cant comment on how much damage the poison should do but you all can try experimenting with that.

For the snake, ability like Pupom, but Paralyze the opponent when entering battle. Seems fitting, also gives you no penalty for swapping into him in PVP. 3rd pic looks like it should be a Water Special Attack specialist, since the game lacks one right now.

For that snake looking monster, you could give him a skill called bind. Weakining the monsters DEF/ATK/SPD depending on what you want, or maybe even paralyze him

I had a different idea on the snake but I totally agree with you that we need a water special attacker. Its ability shouldnt be too broken but I have a suggestion. Tranquility - Reduces damage over time skills done against it. For example, it will take less damage per turn from skills such as Bleed, Burn and Poison. Damage reduction is up to your experimentation once again haha.

I feel like a lot of monsters now need their movesets altered.

Too many monsters with phys/spec attacks in same moveset. That is so bad lol.

Hmm IMO it might not be a bad thing since we have skills such as Block, Counter and Forbid Magic and now we actually have a lot of options via breeding. Any ideas on the bug and the bat-like monster?

Hmm you bring up a good point. You might be able to "clone" the guild skill through breeding. Maybe a possible success rate too depending on a few variables.

bug and bat i dunno. I would assume they would have to have Consume since they eat things lol kind of like Leech Life from pokemon.
