yeah, this one looks much more streamlined. reminds me more of a modern "super sprint" (which pretty much appeals to me).

i like RR2, but it does not run perfectly smooth on my new ipad (for sure not 60fps), so i have an itch to scratch... getting this tonight

IAP's are there, but certainly not necessary. Seem to only be there for pimping up the car and each one is 99c.

So far I have bought the 3 cars available at present, and specced them up all with "in game" cash only.

Getting 3 stars on some of the later levels is proving tricky, even with the cars tuned up. (maybe that's just me)

I wanted to ask to someone who has already got the game, how does the online multiplayer works? I read you challenge opponents' ghosts , but how? Facebook? Gamecenter?

Hi there. I'm enjoying the game so far, I'm working through the jungle tracks at the moment. One thing I miss with this compared to the first game is the storyline and the humor. I would love to see some sort of career mode or championship, I guess a bit like RR2, racing for cash and/or upgrades.

Is there a trick to getting 3 stars on all the tracks? I am finding some of them towards the mid and latter part of the locations are really difficult to get the third star, even with the vehicles fully upgraded.

Thanks for a good game, this one will be staying on my iPod for quite a while.
