Bit Blast Pro (Retro inspired Arcade Puzzler)

The description is absolutly right. Easy pick up with extreme
fluid and responsive gameplay and cool music.
Really hope the two other modes are coming soon and won't
end up as vaporware.
I also can see it become free soon, because of bad sells.
Hope not and i'm glad you got my dollar. Well deserved.

PS: Thought it's made with Gamesalad (typical "countdown ring"),
but if so, it's one of the best ever made.
And access to Gamecenter only after a finished game.

Ok... None of the releases were actually that good this wekk, so i'll bite on this one. Looks interesting at least, and the last few weeks have been great weeks for RPGs and Runners, so I hope this breaks that combo, but still manage entertain me.

Glad you like it Qwertz555!

I'm currently fixing some issues that have been brought to my attention. And would be happy to add a Game Center button in the main menu, for both leaderboards and achievements.

The second gamemode "Classic" which plays with similar rules to Tetris (i.e. prevent bits from reaching the top), is almost complete and should be available in the coming week/s!

All feedback is appreciated!

An update has been submitted which fixes a couple achievement issues and later level rendering issues, adds Game Center buttons to the main menu and even includes a new in-game music track!

Will be available as soon as it's Apple approved.

Well that sounds good to me. But i'm a bit worried about
the new in-game music. Is it replacing the actual one, or do
i have the option to choose from ? I would not update at the
moment, because the woman's voice fits so natural into that
sound, that she is (almost) not bothering me with the countdown.

Good question.
The new music track is actually an "extension" to the existing music. We have a dynamic music system in place where the music intensity and instrumentation changes based on your performance. The new track adds more variety to what you'd hear through the course of a play session. If you like the existing music, then trust me, you'll like this new addition as it's made by the same music composer. The voice has stayed unchanged.

Ok, i trust you.
When i pause the game right now, the music stops, too.
Guess it has some to do with this dynamic thing ?
Or is it possible to let the song play on without gaming ?
Now that would be nice to listen to such a chilli sound.

We chose to pause the music as we found most cases when someone pauses the game it's to answer their phone, talk to someone, walk away from the device etc. and found that having the music continuously play could be a distraction.

However, if you wish to listen to the music to your hearts content,
John Tennant the composer has made it available for download by donation (name your price):
