Does the 3.0 OS allow video recording?

Hey guys,
I was wondering if the iPhone software update 3.0 allows video recording on current iPhones? Or is it only the new iPhone 3G S? And will we be able to use it in our apps?

Only in the 3G S version of the iphone. And yes it can be used in apps if devs make an app based around it.

If u go to the very bottom they compare the new and the old 8, so im guessing thats how it will work on the software for 3.0
