Youtube link | Pop Up This is a port of an indie game released last year for the PC. It's basically an accessible, fast-paced rogue-like, with nicely-polished pixel graphics and seriously addictive gameplay. The video pretty much says it all, but here's a very nice review of the PC version. Definitely worth the price, from what I've seen so far. |

Cool! I shall get this later today.
I sorta given up waiting for Fargoal 2 and this looks like it could be a good replacement.

I'm curious to hear what people think. I'm really enjoying it, but I'm not very knowledgeable about rogue-likes.

Bought this earlier. Love the art and the overal theme.
However, no stats. Buttons (start) ect. Seem to require just the right touch to activate. Only one control option. Touch works well but a swipe option would be nice as I grew tired of tapping four different areas of the screen. |

Buttons work fine for me. Swipe controls would be a nice addition, but personally I prefer tap controls. EDIT: One cool feature is that equipment does show on your character -- a rare thing for rogue-likes. Last edited by squarezero; 06-08-2012 at 06:55 PM.. |
