Do devs have any shame at all? How dare they copy a game that is so classical?!?? This is a shameless clone of Su... Lep's World!

Right i'll take one for the team as i love platformers and specially Mario clones.

Just bought it, impressions....

(Weird on the menu page theres a X icon, click on that to close the icon instead of having to use the home button and ending the task etc)

Right start it up, says 'world 1' and then 'more coming soon' (thats if Apple dont pull this !)

World 1 has 22 levels, obviously locked apart from the first one.

Buttons are a bit small, saying that playing the first level isnt bad. Weird jumping noise, quite a 'Mario' style tune playing.

I'm actually enjoying this, just gone down a pipe to get coins. Its a decent Mario clone, i mean i've got Leps World etc but this is a very close clone with the way it looks etc. Just got further and theres a snail which when you jump on it it leaves the shell which you can 'kick' !

The main issue is actually the buttons, the controller is very small, if that was larger i would be really into this as a platforming fan.

If you like Mario then give this a shot, like i say the controls are quite small but i'm actually looking forward to playing the rest of the levels.

(Looking at the company on itunes they've got a free platformer - Pixel Puppy with on screen controls, pixel art, free to try, not bad if you like platformers)

Wow, wasn't expecting that, it sounds like it's actually a decent clone.

How is the framerate, is it smooth or Game Salad jerky?

Wow, might have to actually drop a buck on this.

I was relieved to see its not made by Gamesalad, played it on my ipod touch 4th gen and seemed pretty smooth, bit of a delay when i left the 'pipe area' and appeared back.

But for a buck i think its worth it, actually emailed the devs to ask about the controls. If they were a bit bigger i would really love this, so far so good though but as i've mentioned in this thread 900 times it needs bigger buttons !

Thanks, good to know it's decent on the IT4.

Guess I'll be picking this up when I get home if it's still around.

Let me know what you think. I've seen other clones (Used to be lots of Metal Slug clones before the actual game came out, and Contra clones) and also a few Mario ones and they've been terrible, mostly can hardly be played.

I was happy this one was at least playable! Think many of the others just seem a scam

I saw this when it landed in the App Store yesterday and chuckled, and wondered how playable it was. Good to know it's actually not bad, and not another Monino.
