@slamraman, for touch controls, -during the game- pause the game and press "options" button. Then press "TILT" button to turn it into "TOUCH", that's it. The screen flipping feature is currently in top of my todo list for the next update.

I have just submitted Traffic Racer 1.1 to the App Store, which includes a new car, 22 GC achievements, iPhone 5 support and many more. I hope it will be available in a few days.
