That is actually the date it was submitted to Apple. Fifa 13 shows something like Sept 17 for me, when it was actually available just a few days back.

anyone able to get 3 stars on second level? (yes, i said second!!!) :D

It seems that for some levels, it is impossible to have a build that scores all 3 stars because of competing goals. Instead, you score 2 of 3 stars with one build and then the remaining star with another build, and the level will acknowledge your previous star.

Is this true?

as i tried second level with about 10 different builds (going either left or right), i would say: NO!

edit: ah ok, got it... has nothing todo with different builds, you have to get the "time" star as a third (just speed matters, ignore anything else)
