I think this is true. I've also tested it out and some levels are pretty much impossible to do with just one build. Mainly it's the time limit. To get the time limit goal you usually will have to make a vehicle that'll go straight to the goal and ignore the stars.

Really, a nice game. Amazingly, I can't even find real fault with the way consumable IAP has been handled: clearly Rovio are aware that only stupid people pay for consumable IAP; in a brilliant move they have struck at the heart of their target market, isolating the cream of the crop: those who'll pay money for a game, then pay more for it to play itself. Coincidentally, leaving the rest of us to enjoy the title almost unaffected. Admittedly it is debatable to what extent it's dissolute to take advantage of stupid people, but if you're able to distance yourself from such moral quandaries, you're likely to find a lot to enjoy here.

Yes it is, and its fully shown on level 13 of the first world

Another observation that is bugging me is the inconsistent physics.

There are levels where even if I use the exact same build, and WITHOUT any intervention on my part, the outcome is NOT the same between runs. World 1-6 is an example.

Have to say I'm loving this. Nearly done with the first world. I haven't tried the sandbox levels yet but I'm hoping there's something there like endless flying or a drag race style stage? Maybe an endles driving on randomly generated terrain.
Either way I'm glad it's not just another angry birds game.

Why then? Is there some control that you make on the cart once it is in motion, even there is no switches to activate (such as an engine)? If this is not the case, the entire premise of the game's underlying physics is bulked.

havent noticed anything in 1-6 (easy 3 stars), but can't get the third star (left box) on 1-5? (i'm able to get the box, but it gives me not the missing star)

some levels are a bit odd... or there some physics-differences on different devices/cpu's

man, we analyze way too much... physics, IAPs, names, etc... why can't we just simply enjoy things... hehe ;)

edit: well ok, my fault (get the box & make it to the finish)... this game is not for the stupid (guess i played too much "earn to die" last week)
