I am reading reports that the game crashes a lot due to memory problems (esp in the SD version). Anyhow experiencing this on the iPad version (iPad 3)?

I'm waiting for some real player with the iPad 3 to answer you...

But the game doesn't crash a lot, that's for sure! We've received only few reports. None of the was on the iPad 3.

Nope not crashing at all... I'm near to finish world 2 and haven't crash to my iPad3 never.

Nope, not one crash on hd version on my new ipad. Sd version too no crashes on my new ipad even though I am playing the hd version more on my new ipad.

Really sad... the SD version won't start on my iPhone 4 with iOS 6. It crashes out to the home screen as soon as it reaches the menu.

I restarted my device and it didn't help.

Update: Luckily I am able to play it on my iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.

no crash on my ipad 3, 75% through the game

I got a question, does anyone actually prefer the sd version over the hd version on their ipad? I guess some people would for file size reasons, and also I am curious if anyone has an ipad 2 with both versions, is there much of a difference, and is it worth the extra disk space?

I do, iPad 3, still on iOS 5.1.1, HD version of the game.

I always need to start it up TWICE because it immediately crashes on the first boot. I also get nasty crashes when trying to open the ingame Gamecenter. It's also very, very prone to crashes when I'm multitasking. As you can imagine, I'm not too happy with these issues but it's too great of a game to let the crahes get in the way of the fun I'm still having.
