Ever wondered what it feels like being Rambo or Chuck Norris? Here's your chance to find out!
Your friends and family were killed by enemy troops. They've slain every living being. Even your dog. And a cat. Why? You have no idea. All you know is someone is going to pay for this. This time it's personal! + Fight epic battles against legions of troops and monsters + Build and maintain your watchtower in order to destroy enemies more effectively + Improve your magic skills and cast devastating spells + Buy powerful weapons and ammunition to unleash hell at attackers + Survive the carnage and take your revenge https://itunes.apple.com/app/id598625265?mt=8 Last edited by orbgames; Yesterday at 12:31 PM.. |

Woah... $6 huh? What makes this 6x better than most 99 cent games?

Interesting, it's free and it shows no IAP on the appstore. Maybe it's part of the marketing to get some people to check it out at launch?
EDIT: Just tried it. There is IAP to buy gold but it doesn't show in the app listing as having IAP (strange, I guess it uses another service or isn't fully implemented?). So far the game seems pretty well balanced but it's overall a td type game where instead of a tower you have a dude with some health limit and enemies come in waves from the right side of the screen. If this is a genre you love, I guess it's worth it... but overall this isn't one of my favorite genre at all so I could be misjudging it and it probably won't survive very long on my 4S. Same programmers than http://www.appshopper.com/games/alone-at-war and http://www.appshopper.com/games/alone-at-war-2 ? Or is it a dirty illegal copy-and-paste clone ?

Sadly after playing a level and sometimes right at the start of a level there's a full screen "More Games" advertisement. So be warned. Still I've put a little more time into it and at this moment the game is pretty well balanced. Even when I've died I had already gathered 1000+ gold so it was easy to fork out 100 gold for a revive (second revive is 200, third is 400). I was on level 12 when I died and the revive screen flickered onto the screen and was gone before I could continue. Kinda bit. I may give it one more game. It does have a lot of achievements and in one game I managed to get 9 out of 25. But after that I may just delete and move on. |

Yeah, it's 3rd chapter. Controls and gameplay mechanics were changed significantly. In addition, there's a lot of new content, including enemies, bosses, new types of weapons, the ability to build your watch tower and other cool features.
