Unfortunately, big letdown.
From the screenshots, it looks like there is a territory revealing gameplay like Oasis or Stoneship, but while playing you'll find that there is zero strategic elements to it, as whole sections are revealed with each move in a predetermined linear fashion.
There is some very limited RPG mechanics with equipment and skills. Resources are stingy and overpriced, like buy a basic sword for 600 gold, and sell it back for 25.
Combat works like Deep Deep Dungeon, where you have to stop the moving slider at the right spot for a hit/critical/etc.
And of course, there's the IAP based around special coins (which I've never received in-game). There's a timed refill on actions which can be replenished with coins, and treasure chests that you can open with keys bought with coins. Prices work out to around $1 US/CAN per energy refill or treasure chest.
