Buying gift cards(email Delivery) from best buy

Is so frustrating! I keep getting my order for my $15 itTunes gift card cancelled..(I am using3x $5 Best Buy gift cards for my purchase though). Anyone else had similar experience? Solutions?

Edit: I give up. x_X. Anyone wants to trade a $10 i tunes gift card for 3x $5 best buy gift cards?
