I Propose you can gift an app to the fellow users if possible and legit because promo code users cannot review and rate you're app on App store Or easiest way is they need to buy, put this contest details on app description page too so that other users can also participate and ask them to reply on touch arcade or wherever you would like. TA will be good as you'll supporting the community also. Don't Forget to Put Link of this thread.
