iPhone 4S voicemail help please

Hi,

I have an iPhone 4S 64gb and whenever someone calls me and I don't pick up, the call just ends and they can't access my voicemail. My voicemail screen shows up correctly with greeting as default and an empty history. When I try changing my voicemail password it just sits there for a while and doesn't do anything. Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like an issue with your carrier. Whoever that is should be able to walk you through the steps.
