Typical Donut Games fare, which is no bad thing, but in this particular instance does feel somewhat uninspired. In particular, unfortunately, not much is done with the Jet Ski angle: you may as well be piloting a bath tub for all it does to the feel of gameplay and the level design. Still fun overall, but pretty forgettable.

I feel kind of bad. Back in my iOS heyday, Donut Games was one of my favorite developers, and I always looked forward to their next wacky and inventive creation. But from the screenshots for this game, I am just not feeling it.

I haven't played it yet, of course, but I don't really see the difference between this and Rat on a Scooter and Rat on a Skateboard. They seem to be almost interchangeable, and are one and the same, at least from what I remember of the former two.

Here's to your next smash hit, though!

Bought it and love it!!! There are certainly lots of new mechanics and enemies here that set it apart from the other Ratty games. It feels very different but familiar at the same time. This one so far is much more difficult which is great too!

To those who are disappointed its another Ratty game, there is such an unbelievable demand for more entries in this series. Just check out Donut Games FB page and see I think they do a fantastic job of balancing new games with new ideas and adding more Ratty games as well. They try super hard to please ALL their fans and space out the games accordingly.

DG will always be one of my top iOS game developers and with the amount of games they release, updates with new levels and hardware features, etc. they deserve my $.99 every time.
