ummmmmmmmmmm...looks like a puzzle fighter clone.......the stars are the spheres only 4 colors, and you can build them up to be bigger cubes there are numbered blocks which count down till they become the gem of that color, the black dudes i dunno what those are LOL... but yeah puzzle fighter clone i will be checking this out.

I was gonna say the general look of the playing field reminds me an awful lot of 'Radballs', as well.
