Game Impressions

Game is cute, and definitely has potential...

Crashed a couple times trying to load. First time I "died," from falling in the waterfall, I ended up "behind" the game. Players of console games will understand what I'm saying here.

Restarted again, no crashes, but the controls are a bit tough, so I had to be extra careful.

Way too many enemies spawning constantly, weapons underpowered, died about 15 times before dashing for dear life to get to the first gate, before dying again.

Lots of potential, and the backbone of the game is solid, but the controls and current power/seemingly (?) infinite spawning of the enemies make playing a bit tough.

Thanks to all for your feedback. This version has some small details like the balanced difficulty, Sili joystick issue for iphone 5 and some performace issues yet. New version will be available the next week.

Sorry for that...

Oh gosh, no. No need for apologies!

I'm grateful that you let me try the game. Honestly, if you can adjust the controls a bit and decrease enemy strength and spawning, I would have no problem recommending the game!

Impressions

Too bad I can't review the game, because I got a promo code. It has now a 1 star rating in the AppStore, and it just doesn't deserve that...

Some impressions:
- The graphics are great. Colorful and detailled. I really like it.
- Not original, but good storyline
- Good music
- The controls work fine for me on the iPod touch 4G
- Many monsters spawning, like others said, maybe a bit too much monsters.
- It's a bit laggy on the iPod touch 4, iOS 5

This game has LOTS of potential. Looking forward to the update, thanks to the dev for working on a patch already! I hope that the difficulty gets balanced.

D@mn it. This is NOT a one-star game.

I really wish Apple would change that policy. I understand the point, but the way reviews, Likes, and Follows are bought and sold these days, it's not like the policy means anything...

The game needs some work, but it is NOT a one-star game.

Well, sadly, the good news is that from what I can tell based on purely anecdotal information, people don't use iTunes reviews to make buying decisions, so there's that.
