Global rank makes no sense??

This is not AD. I just found a website that can trace the global rank of your app.

It seems to calculate all the ranks in each country, even including the sentiment analysis. However, I think the result is not accurate. One of my game, which rank is #9,131, with in the top 3%, but the revenue is just about $20 a day.
