Fluxx is the award winning card game series developed by ex-NASA aerospace engineers that has sold almost one million copies!

Fluxx has been updated to this new and streamlined version with simpler rules and a brand new look!

Playdek and Looney Labs have teamed up to bring this amazingly fun card game to your iOS device!
Playdeks iOS version of Fluxx offers online and offline play for up to 4 players, features HD graphics (on supported devices) and utilizes Playdeks asynchronous online play. Earn Game Center achievements and invite Game Center friends to online games.

It all begins with two basic rules: draw one card, play one card. Simple!

Youll start with a hand of three cards, add the card you draw to your hand, and then choose one card to play. But following the directions written on your chosen card can cause the rules and even the goal of the game to change! Everything is in Fluxx and thats what makes the game great!

Even though its easy to learn, Fluxx is never the same game twice. Adapt your strategy to the cards in play and in your hand but dont count on them At any moment anything and everything could change!

Played my first game and after 30 minutes, no winner yet. LOL. Seems like a fun game, and since it is from PlayDek, I'm sure I won't be disappointed once I get the hang of it more.

It's a pretty random game that can be over in 30 seconds or hours...

Mostly it's good as a beer & pretzel game - best with friends, but the most time I've played it was on my Handspring as a time waster against the AI.

NOT A GAME YOU CAN TAKE SERIOUSLY!

I'll say that again:

NOT A GAME YOU CAN TAKE SERIOUSLY!

Definitely picking this up as 1) It's PlayDek 2) I can play against friends and/or AI (and what can I say, most of my friends hate this game) and 3) Online play! More chance to play against real people than before! (Seriously though, I'm not sure it matters, in fact in many games you can play at random and do just fine - sometimes there's some good strategy in how you play when the hand sizes have grown a bit, but... yeah.)

Oh, and did I say the game is pretty random? LORD GEK THIS GAME MAY HAVE WELL BEEN DEDICATED TO YOU!!! (Not sure if it's got any stats, though...)

Developer, please patch the screen display. It is impossible to see what cards I have unless I double tap to zoom in to see them one at a time. That really breaks the flow of the game. Running on an iPad 2 here.

Also Sci-Fi Fluxx please.

How exactly are the ruled streamlined? I don't see how they could be any simpler than they already are.

Being it is Playdek and a FAVORITE blast from the past card game, I'll get it regardless.

I SERIOUSLY love this game (at least the physical version)!

What does the green/red button under the AI/human/no player indicator on the new game screen do?

Having not seen this yet I'm only guessing, but is that they way to block/unblock positions so you can ensure it is just a 3 player game when creating a multiplayer game (it will stop looking for players once all unblocked positions are filled)?
